Princeton Theater Minors Find Their Place Onstage and Off
The Program in Theater & Music Theater Director, Jane Cox, came to the Lewis Center communications team with a challenge: create a video that speaks directly to incoming students and demonstrates that Princeton offers an exceptional theater education within a liberal arts model. Instead of a promotional script, we proposed a roundtable with five theater minors, allowing them to share their own stories in their own words.
Watch the roundtable discussion...
Wasif Sami, Le’Naya Wilkerson, Oriana Nelson, Avi Chesler, and Alex Slisher discuss their diverse journeys through the Theater & Music Theater minor program.
I produced, filmed, and edited the video to feel like an eavesdropped conversation about acting, directing, playwriting, and design. The result is a 10-minute piece highlighting the program’s distinctive mix of professional-level training, faculty mentorship, abundant resources, and the flexibility of a Princeton education.
